VEAL
We stock all the finest Dutch veal cuts, loins, best ends, topsides, livers and sweetbreads. The veal we purchase is top-quality and has a soft flavor, the meat is tender, light and easily digestible.
The calves live in herds of about 60 animals with a constant supply of food and drink, the roughage in the feed makes an important contribution to improving animal welfare. The farms have the seal of approval from the Netherlands Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, guaranteeing animal-friendly production. The veal is guaranteed free of growth promoters and hormones so it is guaranteed to be safe, high quality and delicious to eat and fully traceable back to the farm.
